My trip to Nigeria was so informative! I learned so much about my own culture and could connect it to things that I am learning today about the political and social struggles in Africa. It makes everything that I learn in the class easier to understand seeing the effects these problems.
I am already starting to plan where I want to travel this summer. I was thinking somewhere in Asia, maybe the capital of India, New Delhi. Also, before I graduate next year I am determined to make it to the United States. My professors have spoken a lot about their democratic system. I have never been to the USA, but I have heard that it would be an unforgettable experience!
